May 14th Wine Dinner

We are excited to offer a 5-course seasonal menu paired with wines from the wonderful
Santa Barbara County vineyard Dovecote Estate Winery. This will be the first dinner
which Chef Brad has personally toured, tasted and coordinated for Taste guests.
Reigning from the Alisos Canyon AVA since 1990, Dovecote is dedicated to growing
and crafting Rhone-style wines that represent the beauty and character of their land.
Cameron Porter, General Manager and Assistant Winemaker, will join us to share
stories, facts and tasting notes about all five wines offered this night.
Located just north of Los Olivos, Dovecote grows every grape used in their wines, which
are hard harvested by the same three generations of family farmers who helped plant
the stalks at the estate’s inception. Following the belief that wine is made in the
vineyard, close attention is paid to the growing process, allowing the fruit to ripen at its
own natural pace and yield, making each glass a true expression of the vineyard’s
terroir. Recognized by Wine Enthusiast Magazine as “one of The Best Wineries to Visit
in the Santa Ynez Valley Right Now,” Dovecote is a must-visit for cool climate wine
lovers of California’s Central Valley.

The wine pairing is optional, we will also offer, if you prefer we will offer wine by glass, cans of beer, and other non-acloholic beverages.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the high demand for a reservation we only accept cancellations with a refund minus Square service charges, if the reservation is canceled 7 days before the dinner, no other cancellations will be honored.
Because of the complexity of our menus, we regret that we are unable to accommodate vegan requests. We will do our best to accommodate allergy or special dietary requests, if we can and if given advanced notice.
